Assists the Director of Clinical Services in providing clinical leadership to all departments of the Facility.�Serves as a manager with a direct reporting relationship to the Director of Clinical Services.�Fulfills administrative duties as well as completes technical activities necessary to assure responsiveness to the Facility�s mission and vision.�Provides the highest quality patient services attainable, while ensuring a cost effective operation.�Assists with the quality improvement case review process, data management, feedback, continuing education development, and the certification and recertification needs of all clinical staff.Conducts psychological testing and assessments and provides feedback to Director of Clinical Services and other members of the Clinical team.Provides coverage for therapists as needed to deliver psychotherapy services in individual, group and family settings to youth and families to resolve emotional, behavioral, or interpersonal problems.Develops and revises goals and objectives�for the Individual Treatment Plan on an as needed basis while providing coverage.
Job Requirements:Graduate of a master�s level accredited school of psychology, social work, professional counseling or medicine with licensure or licensure eligible as a Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker,� or Professional Counselor.Two or more years experience in a mental health setting working with children and/or adolescents.Licensed in related profession or license eligible within two (2) years.Skills RequiredCompany Information
