The position provides any information and support needed by General Manager & Sales Manager��Essential Function Include:KPI�s analysis and track.Prepare information for the weekly daily sales meetings for both islands (STX & STT)o��� Sales report and opportunities assessmento��� Power Point Presentation with results by:�� Total company�� Each island�� Salesrep�� Category�� Brands & skusPricing compliance keeper. Liason between data governance and sales team.o��� By customero��� By skuo��� JDE systemo��� Retailer pricingNew product launches tracking.o��� PR portfolio them new items or brands.Regular opportunities identification; by customer, brand, salesrep and any commercial opportunitiesPrepare sales & business reports and analysis.Trade visit evaluations documentation and track.Support with monthly and annual Sales objectives establishment, by sales representative.Track and work on sales incentiveso��� USVI direct employeeso��� Distributors incentives and rebates�Prepare special reports/analysis for presentations.Perform Distribution analysis by sku to identify growth opportunities.ROI analysis: special promotions & negotiations/activations etc.Fill out �customer new items forms�.Support with customer planograms requirements.Control and distribute sales materials and track of execution.�Any other special requests��Skills RequiredTop requirements:3-4 years of experience in related fieldDemonstrated intermediate to advance in Microsoft ExcelDemonstrated intermediate to advance in Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong analytical skills and ability to analyze and interpret quantitative information�Inquisitive and detail oriented��Other requirements:Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam orientedMust be able to work independently in a fast paced work environment and prioritize tasks to align with company goals and meet deadlinesAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates a strong initiative and desire for continuous improvement��Company Information
