Must be able to operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and other equipment to build marine structures. Experience operating machinery on a barge is a plus.Skills Required· Can operate Heavy Equipment (track hoes, excavators, loaders, back hoes, bulldozers etc..) as needed at an expert level.· Can read, understand and excavate varying elevations at an expert level.· Can manage mass excavations with maximum efficiency.· Can accurate and safely excavate around utilities.· Can run and maintain equipment that preserves the integrity of the machine without damage.· Able to leave machine and contribute on the ground with other/various construction related tasks needed to maintain site productivity.· Work requires individuals to be aware of their surroundings and have good balance and physical strength.· General construction - job site clean-up and moving materials by hand· Operating hand and powered equipment including saws, hammers, pliers, vibrators, drills, etc.· Assist in setting and assembling concrete forms.· Assist in pouring of vertical and flat concrete construction.Other Skills and Abilities
