We have been instructed by the BVI office of this global offshore firm to search for an ambitious high calibre mid-level corporate lawyer with between 4 - 6 years' PQE for its highly regarded BVI corporate practice. The work will involve a broad mix of M&A, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance and funds work for an illustrious client base which includes Amazon, Diageo, LVMH, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Commerzbank, Bank of Asia and others.
